Getir and Uber Eats are to partner up in a move that shall allow customers in many European nations to order from Getir’s product offering via Uber Eats.
This is true for UK customers already, with consumers in other European countries to have the same option in the coming weeks.
It is said the partnership will give Uber Eats customers access to more than 2,000 products. However, all the orders will be handled by Getir and its couriers.
Commenting on the announcement, Turancan Salur, Getir’s Regional General Manager, said:
“As the pioneer of ultrafast grocery delivery, we are excited to offer a new way for customers to access our products and experience our unparalleled quick commerce service. This partnership between two strong and well known international brands brings great advantages to Uber Eats customers, who now have the option to choose from Getir’s wide range of grocery and convenience products. At the same time, we benefits from accessing Uber Eats’ large pool of customers, further contributing to its growth.”
