The Belgian Ministry of Labour has made a form recommended for drivers passing through Belgium available on its website. It is intended to speed up border controls.
Belgium, like many other European countries, has closed its borders, but this measure does not cover freight transport. Huge queues in connection with checks are forming at border crossings in. Therefore, the Ministry of Labour has published a special form for drivers crossing the borders of Belgium to speed up formalities and reduce traffic jams and delays in the delivery of goods.
Drivers are not required to have this document on them, although the Ministry of Labour strongly recommends it. This certificate is issued for the employee by the company which justifies in the document the need for the driver to move and cross borders.
