In her work, she combines marketing, communication, and strategic experience with industry knowledge of security, compliance, and supply chain risk management. She supports companies in better understanding threats such as cargo theft, fake carriers, transport fraud, cyber threats, parking risks, operational errors, and the improper vetting of logistics partners.
As the Head of TAPA EMEA in Poland, she is committed to raising awareness of TAPA security standards in Poland, including TSR, FSR, and new certification directions for companies operating in the transport, warehousing, and freight forwarding sectors. Her activities focus on market education, building dialogue between companies, and promoting a practical approach to supply chain security.
She is also the co-founder of the LogistiHER initiative – an international community of women in the transport industry, aimed at supporting women working in transport, logistics, security, operations, sales, compliance, and technology.
In her publications, she covers topics related to transport security, operational responsibility, the role of drivers, industry standards, workplace culture, and changes affecting the European transport and logistics market.
