Author of the trans.info website - Magdalena Barczyk - A sociologist by education, a passion for Logistics for 16 years. My
passion is always people: I love to learn about their intentions, plans,
behaviors and from that many years of working with people gave me
the idea of sharing knowledge that I had by working alongside great
logisticians in international companies in the TSL industry.
For many years I have had the opportunity to get to know the industry
from scratch, going through all the stages of conscious building my own
brand in order to eventually be able to conduct training within internal
structures using my own knowledge base.
To conduct training in the field of, among others implementation of
new employees, negotiating sales techniques for freight, planning
routes, introducing new tools to the logistics market, optimizing
transport costs, importing from China I use different teaching methods
efficiently using various activation techniques. The main purpose of my
workshops is to actively involve participants in the didactic process
through the project method, reverse class and eclecticism.
I am a Mobile Trainer, however, sometimes ordinary life logistics forces me to carry out remote training on my part: e-learning, blended learning, and e-learning.
