Due to the nature of the work and for traffic safety, the removal of the overhead power line requires the complete closure of the section in both directions. This closure will take place on Wednesday, 14 August, from 8 pm to midnight, as announced by Autobahn GmbH, the German motorway authority. The closure affects the section of the A1 between the Bargteheide junction (27) and the Bad Oldesloe junction (26).
Detours will be signposted at the relevant junctions. Road users are urged to drive through the area with extreme caution and to observe the speed limit, advises Autobahn GmbH.
