The Belarusian authorities have changed the rates of electronic vignettes – this year their cost will be between 14 to 75 euros. In addition, there are also changes to the rules for using toll roads belonging to the BelToll system.
For owners of vehicles with a GVW of less than 3.5 tons, not registered in the territory of EAUG (Eurasian Economic Union, which includes: Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Serbia), it will be possible to use time-related vignettes. Currently, the payment depends on the mileage. Making payments for the use of roads in a given period requires the purchase of an electronic vignette.
The new tolls will apply from 15 December 2020. According to the Decree of 24 March 2020, their amount will be:

New BelToll system
From 1 May, users of toll roads in Belarus can also take advantage of the new services: SMS notification of payment violations and a one-time toll. These functions assume that within 2 hours of the violation, the driver may pay a one-off fee. This can be done manually on beltoll.by. The fee can also be automatically charged if the user is registered in the system and has the appropriate funds on the account.
