The storage warehouse is equipped with 21 dock doors and 2 ramps, providing a storage capacity of 29,500 pallets. The facility primarily stores products from the building, heating, health, and domestic electrical equipment sectors.
DACHSER’s new site is eco-responsible and certified to store dangerous goods such as aerosols and flammable liquids. The building also includes 700 square metres of office space for administrative activities.
Certified by BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method), the warehouse meets the latest environmental standards, featuring full LED lighting with presence detectors, low-consumption heating and ventilation systems, and plans for photovoltaic panels by the end of 2025.
Integrated into DACHSER’s network of 382 agencies across 43 countries, the Roissy site will manage the daily preparation of over 10,000 parts for more than 300 orders shipped.
Currently, the facility employs 60 people, with plans to accommodate more than 100 employees as the site’s activities expand.
