France has introduced a new certificate for those crossing the border. Mandatory also for truck drivers

Everybody entering France must have a document called „Attestations de déplacement international et à l’Outre-mer”. It is required from today and also applies to freight transport.

As reported by the French Ministry of the Interior, from today people entering France must have the filled-in certificate of the international travel document called „Attestations de déplacement international et à l’Outre-mer”. The form must be presented at the border check. The new requirement also applies to persons who, because of their work, must cross the French border. Therefore, the regulation also applies to truck drivers entering this country as part of international transport. The document must also be presented for transit through France.
