Mulder will join a newly established team of merged businesses from Girteka Nordic and Girteka Europe West.

“I am truly excited to join the dynamic team at Girteka,” said Mulder. “It is an honour to be part of a company with such a strong market presence. My goal is to leverage our collective strengths and develop agile and winning teams across the organization. We aim to not only deliver exceptional services across Europe but to also be the first choice for customers seeking a responsible, sustainable and forward-thinking logistics service provider,” he added.

Mulder has held leadership roles in P&O Ferrymasters, Hoyer Multimodal, and other logistics companies, where he demonstrated his ability to drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. His international experience is complemented by his proficiency in multiple languages, including Dutch, English, and German, as well as his educational background in Maritime Business Administration.

Jeroen Eijsink, the CEO of Girteka Group, expressed his enthusiasm about Mark joining the team:

“Mark’s extensive experience across diverse cultures and global markets makes him an ideal leader for Girteka’s international ambitions. His expertise in steering teams through complex market dynamics aligns perfectly with our commitment to innovation and excellence across borders. We are confident that Mark’s vision will greatly contribute to our journey towards becoming a globally recognized logistics leader.”

Mulder will be leading a new team formed as part of Girteka’s recent organizational changes. This team will oversee the combined operations of Girteka Nordics and Girteka Europe West. According to Girteka, Mulder will focus on ensuring that the company’s logistics solutions effectively meet its current and potential customers’ needs.

This merger is a direct result of Girteka’s latest strategic direction, aiming to streamline its services and enhance the efficiency and flexibility of the company’s logistics solutions across Europe.
