Due to the finishing of the sound-absorbing barrier at the Hamburg- Schnelsen tunnel on the A7, the tunnel is impassable at nights.
According to Via Solutions Nord, a consortium implementing the construction of the Schnelsen tunnel on the A7, for the time of work related to the completion of the soundproofing barrier, the tunnel this week is partly impassable at night.
The thread northwards (to Kiel / Flensburg) is closed until Saturday from 22 to 5 am. Drivers on the motorway stretch between the Eidelstedt and Schnelsen-Nord intersections must, therefore, use a detour.
Further work will be carried out in the tunnel next week. On the night of January 17 and 18, the road will be closed to the south (towards Hanover).
