“Trailers in good condition are essential to ensure the safe delivery of freight and the optimal fuel consumption”, the company wrote on LinkedIn when announcing the arrival of the new trailers.

According to the post, the company has already received some of the new semi-trailers which are going to be followed by more than 350 units from Schmitz, Kögel and Berger.

The reason for the company to choose Berger semi-trailers is simple: these units are 1-1.2 tonnes lighter than most other models which means the company can operate them with lower CO2 emissions and lower expected fuel consumption.
