ArrowXL, registered in England and Wales, operates a nationwide two-person delivery and warehousing network, specialising in bulky goods for major UK retailers. The company will now become part of JP HOME, the dedicated business-to-consumer brand of Groupe Jacky Perrenot.

Groupe Jacky Perrenot, headquartered in France, runs more than 170 depots across France, Spain, Portugal and the Benelux region. It is one of the largest transport and logistics operators in Europe, particularly active in food, retail and last-mile delivery sectors.

According to the announcement by ArrowXL, the company’s senior leadership team will remain in place, and all investment plans for 2025 will continue as scheduled.

Philippe Cuoc, CEO of Groupe Jacky Perrenot, said the acquisition brings the group closer to its aim of building a continent-wide bulky-goods delivery service:

“We announced our ambitions two years ago to create an international bulky B2C European solution, and today, with ArrowXL, we have a powerful combination that brings us closer to this target.”

The acquisition gives Jacky Perrenot a foothold in what it described as the largest ecommerce market in Europe. For ArrowXL, it opens access to a broader European logistics network while maintaining its UK service model.
