All travellers arriving in Norway, including lorry drivers carrying out international transportation, must now register their entry into the country on the Norwegian government’s website before beforehand.

You can register via https://reg.entrynorway.no. It should be done within 72 hours before arrival at Norway.

The purpose of the registration is to improve infection control and to contribute to contact tracing, thereby limiting the spread of the infection.

Road transport professionals don’t have to provide a negative PCR test or self-isolate themselves for 10 days after entering the country (as other travellers should), but they must complete in the aforementioned digital registration.

To register, it is necessary to provide an email address or a mobile number, personal data (name and surname), date of birth, ID or passport and the list of countries where you have been in the previous 14 days.

Once registration is completed, drivers receive a receipt that will have to be presented to the officers at the border control.
