In a statement, MSC said the Swan service will provide one of the fastest transit times between China, Benelux, Poland and the Baltics.

Moreover, it will be the first service offering direct calls to Gdynia and Klaipeda from Asia.

MSC describes the Polish port of Gdynia as a well-established and flexible option as a Polish container gateway; the port will maintain the same side conditions as Gdansk.

In addition, MSC says the service will leverage the logistics network in Saudi Arabia linking North Europe and Asia to the Gulf by calling at King Abdullah port eastbound.

The full rotation is as follows:

Qingdao – Ningbo – Yantian – Tanjung Pelepas – Antwerp – Gdynia– Gdansk – Klaipeda – King Abdullah Port – Singapore – Qingdao
