The agreement allows third-party logistics companies (3PLs) using TEG’s platform to source emission-free delivery capacity without additional onboarding. HIVED’s electric fleet operates seven days a week and currently reports up to 76% emissions reductions per parcel and a 99% on-time delivery rate across same-day, next-day and two-day services.

According to research from TEG’s latest 3PL whitepaper, 67% of logistics providers identified sustainability as a major procurement challenge as new emissions regulations continue to reshape carrier requirements.

HIVED said the new partnership would enable substantial carbon savings across TEG’s network.

“With electric vans saving up to 260g of CO₂ equivalent per kilometre, this partnership unlocks significant carbon savings for logistics providers,” commented Luke Austin, Operations Project Manager at HIVED.

TEG, which manages 2.5 million loads annually for more than 9,000 businesses, said the collaboration aims to lower barriers for logistics providers seeking low-emission transport. Its integrated platform will provide compliance checks, automated invoicing, and real-time carbon tracking for shipments carried out by HIVED.

Founded in 2021, HIVED has rapidly expanded its operations with a fully electric fleet and is certified as a B Corp. The company has delivered parcels for clients including Nespresso, H&M, Zara and John Lewis, and is backed by investors such as Maersk Growth, Yamato and NordicNinja.
