French transport and logistics group Jacky Perrenot has confirmed its intention to acquire Dutch operator Vos Logistics, marking its second major move in Europe within a year. The transaction remains subject to customary consultations and regulatory approvals.

Vos Logistics, headquartered in Oss, operates 35 branches across six European countries and generates €370 million in annual revenue. The company employs 2,500 people and runs a fleet of 1,100 trucks, 4,000 loading units and 300,000 m² of warehousing capacity. Its activities include international transport, multi-country distribution, freight management, warehousing and contract logistics.

Jacky Perrenot currently reports €1.3 billion in annual revenue and employs more than 10,000 people. The group operates around 10,000 vehicles across transport, distribution, logistics and home delivery services for clients in manufacturing, retail, construction, healthcare and e-commerce.

If completed, the acquisition of Vos Logistics would bring the combined entity’s annual revenue to approximately €1.7 billion and expand its European footprint to more than 12,000 employees. Jacky Perrenot says the enlarged network would strengthen geographic coverage, improve operational flexibility and offer more integrated solutions to customers across the continent.

The move also builds on the group’s June 2025 acquisition of ArrowXL, a major UK two-person delivery and warehousing specialist serving large retailers. That deal marked Jacky Perrenot’s entry into the UK market, which the company described at the time as the largest e-commerce market in Europe.

Philippe Givone, President of Jacky Perrenot Group, said the proposed acquisition aligns with the company’s long-term strategy to build a “European leader in sustainable transport and logistics”. CEO Philippe Cuoc added that the industry is undergoing significant operational, environmental and technological changes, and that the group intends to accelerate this transition.

Vos Logistics CEO Frank Verhoeven called the plan “a tremendous opportunity” to create one of Europe’s most complementary logistics networks.
