Located on the D8 motorway, the Libouchec (km 82.8 – 83.5) and Panenská (km 84.4 – 86.5) tunnels near the German border are partially impassable this week due to ongoing maintenance work, reports the Czech transport association CESMAD Bohemia.
Here is the schedule of closures:
- closure of the right-hand tubes of both tunnels from Monday, 15 July, from 00:20 to Tuesday, 16 July, until 23:59.
- Closure of the left-hand tubes of both tunnels from Wednesday, 17 July, from 00:20 to Thursday, 18 July, until 23:40.
- Complete closure of the Libouchec (km 82.8 – 83.5) and Panenská (km 84.4 – 86.5) tunnels on the D8 motorway for the introduction and removal of temporary traffic regulation on Wednesday, 17 July, from 00:00 to 00:20 (20 minutes after midnight) and from 18:00 to 24:00 (6 hours in the evening and night)
