The partnership, which dates back to 2004, centres on the fulfilment of communication hardware, including mobile phones, accessories, and internet devices. Kuehne+Nagel manages these operations from a 22,119 square metre, highly secured fulfilment centre in the Paris region, employing 150 people. The logistics services include storage, order fulfilment, shipping, returns, and after-sales support.

Over the years, Kuehne+Nagel has introduced new technologies to minimise environmental impact and optimise resources. Innovations such as customised packaging solutions help to reduce empty space in cartons, making the logistics process more efficient and sustainable.

Lionel Benezech, Supply Chain Director at Orange France, said,

‘Thanks to their support, we have been able to handle significantly increased volumes and reduce delivery times, two key challenges for our e-commerce business.’

Christophe Vandrome, National Contract Logistics Manager at Kuehne+Nagel France, added,

“Listening, adaptability, and confidence are the foundation of our collaboration. We will continue to innovate and strive for excellence in improving logistics efficiency.”
