MAN and Ford unveil new truck models

Manufacturers Ford and MAN both showed their love for trucks by unveiling new models on Valentine’s Day last Sunday.

MAN showed off its TGX Individual Lion S, a truck it says sports an “exclusive exterior design, sporty carbon surrounds as well as exquisite front and red detailing.”

MAN say the model’s cab – the most spacious in its fleet – offers “maximum comfort for working and relaxing”.

The truck will be come fitted with high-output engines ranging from 510 to 640 HP; you can find more details here.

On the same day, Ford revealed details of its new F-MAX L, which features an expanded 1350-litre fuel tank. This, along with countless other fuel-saving gizmos, allows the truck to go 5,000km on a full tank of fuel.

The height in the cabin of the Ford is 2,160 mm, while its total width and length are 2521 mm and 2316 mm respectively.
