The company picnic starts on coming Friday, can you believe it? I have some WOW REAL KICKS for you … and you will see it during the picnic 🙂 so I will keeeeep the secret for now <3
Please take a quick look for WOW CHALANGE RULES – if you aren’t on the list – you can still visit the Challenge stations but you can’t get scores.

INVITATIONS

this year there are no invitations – everyone who has signed in is already on the list
PAINTBALL
-
Paintball is not a competition, it’s an attraction available for everybody during the picnic.
ENTERTAINERS
-
during the event, there will be 8 people responsible for taking care of children
-
they have a full list of children’s names and contact numbers of their parents
WORKTIME
-
everyone who takes part in picnic will have short time, it means that on Friday we work only 6 hours, for example if you start work at 7am then you will finish about 13 pm and so on. (if you are not going you have to work 8 hours)

break is also shorter proportionally
-
all of the departments which have a direct contact with our customers will be on duty, as well as secretariat

the company will be closed at 5pm on Friday 17th
PARKING/TRANSPORT

parking is available for everyone, don’t worry about it, there’s plenty of space

All seats are reserved (CLICK and check if someone gave up on their seat)
MEDICAL CARE
-
there will be an ambulance with medical care, in case of a problem please talk directly to paramedics from the ambulance, they will help you

we bought accident insurance

in Chabrowa breakfast is planned just like usually

W tym roku zaproszeń nie ma – każdy kto jest zapisany na listę jest jest uczestnikiem imprezy
PAINTBALL

Paitball nie jest częścią konkurencji, jest atrakcją dla wrszystkich uczestników pikniku
ANIMATORZY

Podczas imprezy opiekę nad dziećmi będzie pełnić 8 animatorów

Firma zajmująca się rozrywką dla dzieciaczków dostała listę z imionami dzieci oraz numerami kontaktowymi do rodziców
CZAS PRACY (TRANS/SPÓŁKI)

czas pracy dla uczestników pikniku został skrócony do 6 godzin. Oznacza to, że osoby które zaczynają pracę od godz. 07:00 kończą o godz. 13:00 itd., (jeżeli nie wybieracie się na piknik czas pracy wynosi 8 godzin)

przerwa jest również skrócona o połowę czasu,

w działach, które obsługują klientów oraz w sekretariacie zostaną wyznaczone dyżury,

firma w piątek zostanie zamknięta całkowicie o godzinie 17:00
PARKING/TRANSPORT

na miejscu będzie dostępny parking dla wszystkich przyjezdnych o ilość miejsc nie powinniśmy się martwić

na miejscu będzie karetka wraz z opieką medyczną. W razie problemów zgłaszajcie się bezpośrednio sanitariuszy
